- 1/3 cup sugar (or honey)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup tequila (I used 1/3 cup, use lemon-lime soda or lime-aid for a non-alcoholic version)
- 2 Tbsp. cointreau (use orange juice for a non-alcoholic version)
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (only use 1-2 tablespoons if making the non-alcoholic version)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup sugar (or honey)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup tequila (again, I used 1/3 cup, lemon-lime soda or lime-aid for a non-alcoholic version)

- salt (for the rims)
- 3 scoops coconut ice cream (person of vanilla, or regular vanilla bean ice cream)
- soda water (lemon-lime)
