Directions
- Heat oven to 475F. Melt butter in oven-safe pan.
- Beat eggs. Mix in milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Mix in flour. Batter will be lumpy.
- Carefully pour batter into hot pan with melted butter. Cook 20 minutes or until cooked through.
