It was ok. Nothing to write home about. I feel like the orange zest overpowered The whole dish. I thought the star anise was going to do that. The sauce probably could’ve used a thickener, like Cornstarch. It was way too watery. Probably won’t make again. If I did, I’d thicken it up, leave out most of the orange zest and sear the pork better.
