Fantastic! I did the steaks on a gas grill at about 350 for 12 minutes total and they were a lovely medium rare. But the star of the show was that delectable sauce!!! So good and the thyme was really perfect with it. Can’t wait to make this for guests...very indulgent yet quite quick and easy.

cooking time listed for medium rare is too long. My steak turned out slightly more than medium, even though the same size as the recipe Otherwise, all good. I added a little butter, garlic cloves, and thyme sprigs to the steak pan. Yummy Sauce!
