- 2 cups arugula (or other baby salad greens)
- 1/2 cup figs (quartered, approx. 8-10 figs, you can use dried figs if fresh aren’t available)
- 1/3 cup walnuts (toasted & chopped)
- 1/2 herbs (chopped mixed, I used basil and mint)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. honey (or maple syrup)
