Wish I had read the reviews first ! Yes I did use ,very fresh figs and the dough was terribly wet so I added more flour.
I was afraid I would spoil it .
I had split the ingredients as I did half black berry this lot I just added less milk/egg mixture .Both we're ok ,sort of cake texture, but think I'll try a different recipe next time

If you use super ripe fresh figs you’re gonna need to add flour and/or oats to get the right dough consistency. Mine were a gooey mess. Added another cup of flour and 1/2 cup of quick oaks and they held enough to cook. Look awful but taste AMAZING!!!
