- 12 slices baguette
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 6 oz. goat cheese (or Ricotta)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/3 cup figs (cut into quarters)
- 12 basil leaves

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment. Toast the baguette slices 8-10 minutes or until crispy.
- Spread a thin layer of the goat or ricotta cheese on each slice of the toast.
- Next, spread the fig jam over the ricotta cheese. Place a basil leaf over the fig jam, lightly drizzle with honey.
- On each piece of the bruschetta, place one quarter of a fig on the basil leaf. Stack another on top.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
