- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper (dried)
- 1 green onion (white and light green parts only, thinly sliced)
- 1 lb. fresh green beans (or haricots verts, trimmed)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- kosher salt
- ground black pepper (Freshly)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Stir together first 5 ingredients. Arrange green beans in a single layer on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil; toss. Bake 10 minutes. Increase oven temperature to broil, and broil 4 to 6 minutes or until browned in spots and crisp-tender.2. Remove from oven. Drizzle beans with lemon juice mixture; toss. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve hot, or cool completely, chill, and serve cold. These just get better as they sit.
