Fantastic! I doubled it and it’ll feed my family of 5 for two nights. I also doubled the garlic. Additionally, I added a shallot, half a large red onion, two bags of baby spinach, and two cartons of sliced baby Bella mushrooms. All of the veg I sautéed in about a tablespoon of butter and added salt to taste.

It turned out fabulous. I tweaked it to what I had in house by using goats milk, half and half, whole wheat flour, chicken broth, and the left over seasoning from the chicken breast I seared in the pan before it went into the oven. I also added pepper to taste!
