- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 cup Parmesan (grated Reggiano, plus additional to top)
- pepper (/Salt/Nutmeg to taste)

Directions
- Boil water with salt and cook pasta.
- Once pasta is half finished, add cream and butter to separate pan and simmer for 30 seconds.
- Add finished pasta to pan, tossing and add cheese and spices to taste. Serve with additional Parmesan to maximize cheesiness.
