This was so good! I used turkey broth instead of chicken. I agree with the tips on the site — no need to blanch the kale, just add it in with the sausage and broth, and add in a few spices. I added onions, garlic, herb de Provence with the sausage then onion powder and crushed red pepper with the kale yummy! Cheese to garnish.
