So far so good! We added onions to the mix, as well as artichoke hearts to the sauce and goat and mozzarella cheese as substitutes for the parmigiano cheese. I'm really enjoying the personal flair! I did have to add some flour to get the sauce to thicken, but it still worked out nicely!
