    100/10!! Tasted like restaurant quality Alfredo, was easy & took 20 minutes! I personally mixed in parsley in the last five minutes AND garnished with it which gave it a much fresher taste.

    Very good recipe! It has a great taste and is quick to make. Glad I found this recipe because there is a shortage of Alfredo in stores because of CoVid. But I think I’m done with jar Alfredo anyways. 😊

    Made it without the parsley and it was delicious! Took a while for the grated parmesan to melt in, but still great!

    First time I've made Alfredo and didn't use a jar. It had a strong parmesan flavor even though I added garlic. When it cooled the sauce clumped like wet parmesan.

    It turned out flawless! I added some fresh chopped garlic and softened it before adding the cream and it added that extra little touch. A glorious homemade meal that’s perfect for beginners like my GF.

    instead of starting w heavy cream, i melted the butter and sautéed minced garlic. i added cream cheese to thicken the sauce. i also added grilled chicken and mushroom.

    Love it! I didn’t have heavy cream so I used milk and 4 oz of cream cheese. I also added spinach. It was sooooo delicious but with the fat content, this is an annual recipe

    I’ve been having trouble figuring out the right Parmesan to use, but overall, I added a little lemon juice to brighten it up and it was delicious

    So yummy!!! I sauted a shallot and some garlic in the butter before adding the Heavy cream for a little more flavor. Then put about 2 cups of parmesan cheese and added some pasta water to loosen when the sauce was thickening. I will definitely be making this again.

    Skipped the parsley, but the sauce got better as we simmered it and after it had time to set.
