- 450 grams plain flour
- 1/2 salt (a teaspoon)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (plus a little extra)
- 150 grams natural yogurt
- 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
- oil (a little, for drizzling)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (a large, deseeded and very finely chopped)
- 200 grams feta cheese (chopped until you have small crumbs)
- 1 chilli pepper (deseeded and very finely chopped)
- 1 handful flat leaf parsley leaves (only and chopped)
