- carrot (minced)
- celery (minced)
- onion (minced)
- olive oil
- sausage
- chicken liver
- butter

Directions
- Cook down the carrot, celery, and onion in large skillet/pot with olive oil.
- Add sausage and begin to cook.
- Before it is finished, add chicken liver.
- When everything is cooked, use an immersion blender to blend up the mixture.
- Add a little butter, oil, s&p, and white wine at the end to get consistency/taste right.
