- 1 green pepper (deseeded and cut into bite-sized chunks)
- 200 grams cod fillets (skinless and boneless, cut into bitesized pieces, optional)

Delicious! The cod adds so much great layering of salt, making it even better the second day because the fish and the sauce trade flavors, making it one tasty dish!

Yum only listed one can of coconut milk, but the recipe listed two. however, because I only bought one, I only made it with one can, and it was enough. I added a bit of extra water.
Also I added a bit of potatoes.
I recommend adding the peppers and tomatoes towards the end, otherwise they get overcooked.

Tasty and it went down well with whole family. i just felt it needed some kind of fruit or juice to complete it.
