- 42 oz. petite diced tomatoes (1 large can + 1 regular sized can; or 3 regular sized cans)
- 3 lb. ground beef (I use on the beef on the leaner side)
- 67 oz. spaghetti sauce (jar traditional, the large jar from Prego/Ragu)
- 2 onions (large)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 16 oz. ricotta cheese
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese (in the bag or grated fresh)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
