I have made this before. Always turns out great. Only thing is both beef and lamb are greasy. Would be better to sub in venison for beef.

Best homemade Gyros I've ever tasted. Simple to make, as long as you plan ahead. I did not make the sauce--opting to purchase pre-made instead for convenience sake. (Check your local grocery store. Often located near the hummus and dips)
