Very good I added extra lemon juice and zest and extra garlic. I did not have Dijon mustard, but I don’t miss it.

Great idea of a "winter salad" made a few alterations such as soring onion instead of red, fresh cherry tomatoes instead of sun dried ones, no seasonings what so ever because lentils were cooked in a morrocan way. Recipe is on here too. 👍a new staple, thank you
