- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (or palm sugar)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Sriracha
- 3 black pepper (grinds of)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika (pulver)
- 1 tsp. tamarind (can be substituted for one spoon of white wine or rice vinegar plus a spoon of honey or agave syrup)
- 2 Tbsp. soy
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds (ground)
- 1 tsp. ketchup
- 2/3 cup water
