it's a very good recipe, sweet but the sugar's quantity it's quite low because of the honey. which is brilliant.
Also I love these Oatmeal Raisin cookies, because i have GERD and it's beneficial for me due to the fact that this recipe has low fat ingredients.
It's a very nice dessert for a regular person as well.
i totally recommend it, i have done it three times until now.
Enjoy
