I added some chopped yellow onions to the soup and some chopped celery as well. I used rotisserie chicken, which helped to add more flavor to the soup. The recipe was quick and easy to make. Delicious, too!

Added a little cayenne for kick, and instead of adding rice I made rice noodles and poured the soup over the top. Very Good!
