- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (in juice)
- 800 grams fish fillets (medium firm, such as hoki, cut into 3cm cubes)

This was great. I added tomatoes before coconut milk, cooked down the mixture to a sauce then added fish cocked for a couple of minutes of each side. Next added the coconut milk and brought the curry to bubble and cut the heat. Add chopped coriander leaves stir carefully without breaking the fish pieces and close the lid. Let it sit for 15 min before serving, topping it off with fresh squeezed lime.
