- 1 cup green olive (Castelvetrano or other buttery, coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup toasted hazelnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 3 green onions (roughly chopped)
- 1/3 cup golden raisins (look for golden Himalayan raisins - they're delicious and usually unsulphered)
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 oz. pecorino (shaved, plus more for serving)
- 1/4 cup italian parsely (chopped fresh)
