- 3 Tbsp. promis spread stick
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 onions (medium, chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 10 oz. baby spinach leaves
- 6 oz. light tuna packed in water (undrained)
- 8 oz. whole wheat pasta (farfalle , cooked according to package directions, reserve 1/2 cup cooking water)
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Melt Promise® Spread-stick in 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat and cook onion and red pepper flakes, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or just until wilted. Stir in tuna. Add pasta, reserved cooking water, basil, lemon peel and lemon juice; heat through. Remove from heat, then stir in cheese.
