- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 4 cups fava beans (cooked and peeled)
- 4 cups corn kernels (cooked)
- 3 cups green peas (cooked)
- 2 cups lima beans (cooked)
- 2 cups cannellini beans (or cooked alubias)
- 2 cups beans (chochos or lupini, peeled)
- 2 cups cooked rice (cooked in abundant water and very tender)
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. achiote powder
- 1 cup white onion (diced)
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 10 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 cups roasted peanuts
- 12 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup queso fresco (crumbled, can use feta cheese as a replacement)
- 1/2 bunch cilantro (or parsley, finely chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- garbanzo beans (or chickpeas mellocos (an Andean small tuber), lentils, hominy corn, other types of beans - all ingredients should be previously cooked)
