So so good!! I doubled the recipe and made some meatballs to freeze for a later meal. Both were delicious. Whole family of picky eaters loved it. Also made the meatballs with brown gravy for a yummy comfort food meal. So good! Highly recommend!

I actually make this with half ground sausage and half ground beef and my family loves it, particularly my husband who has never cared for meat loaf. Very moist and flavorful. I usually play around with swapping out the ketchup for BBQ sauce too for a change of pace. Have fun with it! A very versatile recipe but equally tasty as is.

Followed this recipe to the letter for my husband. Only added Asian bbq and dash of soy to the ketchup brown sugar glaze added last 10 minutes of cook time. He absolutely loved it. He liked that it wasn’t dense and instead a lite and juicy texture without falling apart. Fun way to use ground beef and definitely will make it for him again!

Was great, sauce was a little sweet for me. My men loved it though. I chopped up one habanero pepper too add some spice, next time I may add 3-4 habaneros.

I made it for a social event and everyone loved it. I had to send the recipe link to just about everyone. I did triple the recipe and add ground pork making it 2/3 ground beef 1/3 ground pork. I used the ground beef and pork from the grass fed 1/2 cow and pig that I recently bought. That meat with your recipe was awesome.

Very good! Used Italian blend cheese and it was fine! Usually use sharp cheddar. One pound of ground beef and it gives us two meals for the two of us!

I loved this meatloaf! I had to substitute & use red pepper. I am making it again today, again using red pepper & this time adding mushrooms because I need to use them. Great flavor & kind of fun to make.

This is a wonderful meatloaf and has become a staple in our household. I made just a couple of changes which really boil down to personal preference. I substituted a small can of drained diced green chilies in place of the green pepper to enhance the flavor. I also added the catsup & brown sugar topping and left it on the meatloaf for the 60 minute cooking time which cut out a step of removing it from the oven & resetting the timer. Thank you so much as this has replaced my long standing recipe of many years!
