- 1 red apples (cored and diced)
- 5 strips bacon (cooked crisp and then crumbled)
- 6 brussels sprouts (trimmed and then thinly sliced or shaved)
- 1 cup candied pecans (maple, see notes)
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced red onions (finely)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
