- 1/2 cup celery (diced)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (toasted)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
