way too vinegary tasting. would probably just cook in beef broth instead of the soy sauce/vinegar mixture.

Relatively easy.
Prepared the night before, marinated in the with the recommended spices - not the rib rub - along with the liquid ingredients as well.
Ended up having to add more of the liquid mixture because I only used half what was called for, just added 30min to cooktime since I had to open the Crock-Pot an hour into cooking (which it was on high for that hour then switched to low)
Even though I added the extra time I was still able to take it out an hour before my timer was up and the ribs were still fall-off-the-bone! 🙌
Instead of grilling, I put in under the broiler (500F , middle rack) for 8-ish minutes and they turned out great!

Perfect as is. I put the rack under a broiler for 8 minutes to get the char since I didn’t want to fire up my grill absolutely perfect, will make again

I made these and they were EXCELLENT!!! After cooking in the crockpot I put them in the oven to broil with bbq sauce just for added flavor. I found some sugar free barbecue sauce and ate the entire slab!!! Will definitely be making these again!!!

They were amazing, after pressure cooking I put my sauce on one side, broiled 5 minuets, turned them over, brushed with sauce, broiled 5 minuets then one more time, they were perfect

Making them a second time because my kids devoured the entire rack before my husband was able to try them! My kids are super excited that I am making them for dinner twice in the same week lol. Very delicious!

The apple cider vinegar lingered strongly on the finished product and left a bad taste.

Tender and juicy, but would have liked a sauce to go with it. So I used the drippings to make one.
I will use this recipe again.

I cook a lot in slow cooker. It is excellent for BBQ Beef, chicken and pork. But I have never found a recipe that included anything to add a smokey flavor. That is until now. Good job. I might add that I added liquid smoke to any of my BBQ recipes in the slow cooker. Bottom line you can add a teaspoon of liquid smoke to any of the recipes with good results (if you enjoy the smokey flavor).
