It was surprisingly good for such a simple recipe. Finished the chicken off under the broiler to crisp the outside.

I added rosemary and poultry seasoning to the rub and white wine to the broth. It needed longer 2 cook than 30 minutes. Flavor was wonderful ❤️

It truly was falling off the bone. Tasted great! It did need a bit more seasoning which is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

I made this with 4 hind quarters, less broth for us. The sauce was really good! With the remaining sauce, we could add flour and make it into gravy. Family loved it!
