I used broccoli instead of celery and it was wonderful! I ended up blending it so my fiancé would try it (LOL) and he liked it too!

Amazing! I didn’t think I liked sweet potatoes or squash but you’ve made me a believer! I didn’t take anything away but I did add a few things; small gold potatoes, green onion, 1 zucchini, 1 in ginger (which Im now pulling out because it’s much too locally flavorful and hard to chew) and another 8oz or so of vegetable stock. Served it with ciabatta baguette. Would go great with rice or pasta as well!

Delicious, filling, cozy soup! My husband hates cooked tomatoes, so to save him from having to pick them out of the soup, I replaced the can of diced tomatoes with two quartered fresh tomatoes so I could still have some. I cut down a little on the salt since my husband also complains that everything is too salty. The soup was absolutely delicious! The squash and sweet potatoes gave this vegetable souo a subtle flavor of fall! Will definitely make again and again because there was minimal prep time, making for a hearty, fairly fast lunch or dinner.

Amazing! It can take some time to cut everything up, but it is an easy recipe. I always make a large batch and freeze some. I have also added meatless chicken pieces or potato gnocchis.

Made it exactly to the recipe specifications and it came out really good. I actually puréed most of the batch with an immersion blender and I think I like it even more, and more passable for the kiddos! Put a scoop of plain Greek yogurt on top

Great recipe. I chopped my veges small and used beef bone broth and red pepper flakes along with the other herbs and spices suggested.

This is the second time I’ve made this soup and it’s absolutely wonderful everyone should make it at least once

This was delicious. I actually puréed it and it was just delightful. What I love about this is you can change it up with so many things.

Very delicious. Chopping up the veggies takes a bit of time but overall very good and great flavor.

Very good! I added some fillet perch to the mix and it came out great! I think will try adding beans next time, or wild rice

Delicious. My meat eater partner even loved it, but we may add some chicken or beans the next time we make it.

This soup was awesome -- saving to make again. Husband and coworkers loved it. I added flat noodles and chicken for protein. It was hearty and healthy.

Delicious! I added chicken for some more protein. The butternut squash is delicious, I also added fresh grape tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes
