- 1 sweet potato (large, cut into 1 inch cubes)
- 1/2 onion (large, peeled and diced)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 heads kale (washed and stems removed, chopped, I like to pulse a few times in the food processor)
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (I prefer sweetened with juice)
- 4 bacon (cooked strips of organic, nitrate free, diced)
- 6 oz. chicken (cooked organic pasture, diced)
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil (+ reserved bacon grease if desired)
- garbanzo beans
- tempeh
