- 1/4 cup parsley leaves (Chopped)
- 1/2 onion (a Small, Chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (Chopped)
- 2 tsp. coriander seeds (Whole)
- 1 tsp. fenugreek seeds (Whole, optional sub with extra coriander and cumin if you don't use)
- 3 tsp. cumin seeds (Whole)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cilantro leaves (Dried)
- 3 Tbsp. whole wheat flour (+ 1/4 Cup, can substitute chickpea flour to make this gluten free)
- 1/4 tsp. citric acid (or 2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice)
- oil (for frying, Canola oil or Sunflower oil work well)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 lemon (for juice)
- 1 Tbsp. tahini
- 1/4 cup cold water
- olive oil
- salt (to Taste)
