We used rotisserie chicken, fresh bell pepper and onion, and regular rice since we did not have instant. Precooked the rice and omitted the chicken broth and it turned out great!

Turned out excellent. This will makes its way high onto favorites list. Could not find the powder fajita packs at our grocery store, but found a liquid sauce pack and used that instead. Thought the rice might come out crunchy but it came out well.

I also made this with taco seasoning, ground beef, and cream cheese in place of the fajita seasoning, chicken, and sour cream. It was a hit both times! The kids asked for seconds and thirds! 😉

My Fiance absolutely LOVED this dish. i could have done without all of the onions since i am not a fan of them. Our daughter on the other hand did not like it all. It was very east to make and was not time consuming which I love.

I altered the recipe a little bit, I used 3 bell peppers, 2 packets of fajita seasoning and fire roasted diced tomatoes and a small can of green chilies. A huge hit in my house with some of my pickier eaters!

Followed the directions and the rice never cooked through. Ended up with a waste of food.

both my husband and i really enjoyed this dish. loved the bit of out of the ordinary addition of the cream of chicken soup to an otherwise ordinary recipe. will be making this again and again.

Great dish. Even my kids liked it and there was enough for 4 of us to have leftovers the next day. Will make again for sure.

I would usually move on to something else when faced with 18 ingredients. Fortunately, I looked closely enough to see that it's really 9 ingredients that are listed twice. Having read a lot of the previous comments, I used 2 packs of fajita seasoning, and that really packed a flavor punch (a good one). I don't think onions and green peppers exist in frozen-together form in my area. (I was delighted to discover frozen chopped onions though, so thanks for that tip. Now our onions won't go bad before we use them!) I used frozen onions and fresh green pepper. I had no sour cream, so I used cream cheese blended with milk. I was pretty liberal with the chicken broth, too, to make sure the rice had the moisture it needed. Last variation -- I used grilled, smoked chicken we had in the freezer. THAT added a LOT of flavor!!! My husband loved this. He's usually the cook in our house, so it was nice to cook for HIM for once! :-)

Can't believe anyone would feed this junk to their family. Almost completely lacking in nutrition with a very high salt content not to mention unhealthy fats.

Easy and great. Family loved it.

This is very easy if you grocery shop for the ingredients because they are all instant made. The portion prediction is accurate and the food good. I suggest more spice.

I didnt have sour cream or rotel so I used salsa. instead of cream of chicken I used cream of jalepeno.

Very delicious, two bags of fajita mix was definitely the way to go. We didn't dice up our onions and it was a great choice as well!

This is my first time trying this app. My son is a picky eater, and he likes it! I am enjoying it too, and it was easy to prepare!

I will make this again but will use an additional fajita seasoning packet, jalepenos and another half can of soup.
