- 4 tsp. chicken (Better Than Bullion, TIP: this is for Cooking the Rice, You may Substitute Chicken Bullion for the Water!)
- 3 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili pepper
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
