Shouldn't call it "Fail Proof" unless you also say IF YOU READ THE DIRECTIONS right in the title as well :) That said, I've made several mayonnaise recipes where the directions have all said to just dump everything in and use the emersion blender and everything turns out beautiful. (Added 1/4t of mustard powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika as well.) So, of course, this one turned into mayonnaise soup just like you said after I actually read your directions LOL So, there I stood debating what to do.... not wanting to waste all those good ingredients. I decided to add ranch seasoning in hopes of maybe turning it into a dressing. OMG! It thickened right up! Added an equal amount of milk to the mayonnaise ratio and it was the best ranch ever!

so good and so easy! I use an immersion blender and a pint canning jar. Perfect

Great! I will use less vinegar next time then season to taste once it’s blended

Delicious!! I make this weekly and repurpose previously used Helman’s bottles. I’m reminded by my clan each time stocks run low :)
