So good!! I’m hot a huge Dijon mustard fan but I feel like it was just the right amount and it really needed that flavor. I cut the recipe in half to make it for just myself and it was one BIG bowl of soup (definitely enough for 2). I’m not a fan of the bread in my soup so I just did it on the side. DELICIOUS, will definitely be making again

Super awesome, not too salty. I had to use dried thyme in a powder but otherwise followed the recipe .
