- 4 cups panko bread crumbs
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 dash salt (and pepper)
- oil (for deep frying)
- 1 handful fresh dill
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I used olive-oil based mayonnaise)
- 1/2 lime

turned out great. tastes like fish for fish and chips. wonderful tested recipe. family loved it . great hot or cold. I used Swai.
