I followed the directions as stated and my fries turned out fantastic. Normally I have ketchup with my fries, but not with these! My fries were crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Thank you for sharing your recipe. It's a keeper for me!

Definitely got tasty extra crispy fries. I will add the total time to make was about 1 1/2 hours not 45 minutes. But definitely worth the time.

Lovely recipe! Had them with paprika and when done sprinkled them with grated cheese :)
