These were definitely crispy wings, but I had trouble getting the same results without a convection oven. I ended up having to cook them longer to get them crisp, which ended up drying them out.

    Would definitely make it again!

Fantastic. Thanks. I added a dry rub along with the baking powder. Crispy good on the outside and tender on the inside. This beats what I did on the grill even using baking powder. Same recipe but the convection oven and a mesh-like rack made all the difference.

Turned out as advertised. I left the salt out and sauced it with a 1/4 cup of Nandos Peri Peri Hot sauce after the rest period. Awesome!

Great😆, yes would make again. Used lemon pepper seasoning for first batch and made teriyaki sauce for the second batch.

These turned out really crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I tossed the cooked wings in a honey garlic sauce and we ate the whole batch standing over the kitchen sink to catch all the syrupy drips! Really great recipe and technique.

I thought it was pretty easy to make. I might tweak the recipe and a few more spices with the baking powder. otherwise it was crispy and tasty as advertised

Really really good we made a hot sauce and a Bbq sauce. Really crispy. We don’t have a regular oven so we cooked it for another 40mins like suggested and came out great

Super easy to make. I would recommend flipping the wings midway through cooking to crisp more evenly. Will definitely make again!

This is one of the easiest dishes I've ever made, and it is awesome! This is definitely going into my rotation.

Tasted great! My wings stuck to the parchment paper so I’ll add a tad of oil spray next time. I will definitely do again!

I have always loved crispy chicken. it becomes a challenge as I stopped frying. The extra crispy baked chicken wings gave me tasty, textured wings

I’ve tried this recipe twice now and both times my wings turn out powdery not sure what I’m doing wrong since I’m following the directions but oh well I guess?

Awsome! Best wngs I ever made. Better than deep fried by a long shot.

Wonderfully crispy skin. Soft, tender, moist meat that falls off the bone. I used the convection directions and the raised rack over pan method. I added a light dusting of salt for the no sauce people at the table and it brought out the flavor of the chicken nicely. My 8 year old is happily picking the meat off the bones and dipping away.

I followed the instructions but my wings didn't get brown at all. I used the 250°/450° for a regular oven.

Really good, added garlic to it! And was crispy!

I was hoping the sauce would cover the baking powder taste. Unfortunately, it didn't.

These were awesome! I mixed them by hand to evenly coat them with the baking powder, after baking it was undetectable. Just crispy and moist wings! I don’t have a convection oven, so I used the instructions in the notes taken from America’s Test Kitchen. I didn’t use a rack, just placed them directly on the baking pan, with a silicone mat. I salted them after baking as recommended and then tossed them in Buffalo sauce. Great recipe! Hubby loved them too!

I was very impressed with the result. I worried that it will taste like baking powder, not at all, you are not able to tell how they are so crispy. I don't have a convection oven so I used the first method 40 min at 450 and 40 min at 350. Thank you for this great recipe.

This is my go to recipe now!! Thanks for figuring out the temp and time. 450 for 40 and the 350 for 40 works out great every time.
