- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce (or to taste)

- freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 16 oz. gnocchi (I used store bought mini gnocchi)
- 1 batch bolognese sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- Parmesan (if desired, optional)
