Made this during the quarantine— so I didn’t have exact ingredients.. I used tortillas instead of crackers and regular cheddar cheese. I added roasted garlic and jalepeno tho.. was tasty with the extra flavors. The recipe listed 1egg, but in her description, she wrote two eggs.. I ended up using two. Overall, not a bad casserole!
