Directions
- Step 1: Remove skin for chicken. Set aside chicken skin.
- Step 2: Boil water in a pot. Add salt. Add chicken. Cook until chicken is pale. Remove from heat.
- Step 3: In the same pot with chicken water, add potatolings. Cook until potatoes are soft but not mushy. While that is happening, shred chicken.
