Directions
- SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: KitchenAid® Artisan Stand Mixer with pastry beater attachment; 3-inch biscuit cutter; pastry brush
- Preheat the oven to 425°F/218°C.
- Pour the vinegar into a glass measuring cup, and add milk to the 1 1/2 cup line.
