I make these often as they are incredibly buttery and melt in your mouth.
I have made them with several jams and also roll them in sugar or crushed nuts. My favourite is raspberry jam, rolled in toasted coconut. Fabulous Recipe!!!

Mine turned out a bit too flat, my advise make them a little thicker so that your identation works best. Also about a spoonful works for size. Taste wise they were amazing.

I make these every year at Christmas time. Always a big hit with raspberry jam.

Yummm. Soft, buttery, melt in your mouth little gems. I rolled mine briefly in powdered sugar before indenting. It runs that fine line of being to sweet. But thats my fault. i wont repete that.
