  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 garlic (glove)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    Directions

    1. First, lightly saute diced onion and garlic in cooking oil. Add ground beef and fry it until fully cooked. Then add salt, pepper and flour and mix through evenly. When it's is done, add the broth to the mixture and let it rise to boil. Turn the heat down, add Dijon mustard and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy with mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes or noodles!
