    Didn’t have cojita cheese or cilantro, but still liked it very much

    We liked this dish..... I only had one lime but it really could have used the 2 the recipe called for. And just for personal taste, I felt it didn’t need the 1 1/2 tsp of chili powder... next time I’ll use less.

    Great! We couldn’t find cotija at the grocery store but used goat cheese and it was awesome.

    Soooo surprisingly delicious! Not a fan of cilantro so swapped it out with parsley. Always looking for a unique summer salad to add to bbq potlucks. This is on my list of go to's!
