These are pretty tasty. I was concerned they might be too cakey for my liking, but the coffee/chocolate/coconut combo was too tempting not to try. They are excellent fresh out of the oven- can't say yet if they change texture or dry out after a day. Not quite as chewy as some cookies I love. But they are definitely good so far!
