- 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum (if the gluten free flour you are using does not contain xanthan gum)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- non stick vegetable spray
- 15 oz. gluten (free pizza sauce)
- 8 oz. pizza cheese
